You can choose between five options, for all tastes and budgets.
Family
Live the experience with a family with different pension options.
If what you want is to learn about customs, gastronomy and enjoy free time in company, your choice is clear: choose a family. At the same time that you practice Spanish, you are part of the family. We have a large number of trusted families with different lifestyles and you will be part of the one that best suits you.
Advantages:
- Know from within the way of life of the people of the country, their customs, their gastronomy, their way of having fun. It will give you an insider's view of daily life in another culture.
- Get the most out of your Spanish course and leave yourself more time to concentrate on studying.
- Choose between a room without food, with breakfast or half board
- Choose a double room if you come with your friend, brother or partner.

Shared apartment
Live independently with the opportunity to make Spanish and international friends.
A more autonomous way of staying since you have your own room but share the common areas. You cook whatever you want and socialize with your flatmates. We try not to place people of the same nationality in the apartment to help you speak more Spanish. Depending on availability and preference, you could live with local people or international students.
Advantages:
- They include all the basic equipment (all have a living room with TV, equipped kitchen, washing machine and iron).
- Each room has a bed, desk, chair and wardrobe.
- The school does a general cleaning of the common areas every two weeks, but you must do your part in the housework.
- Choose a double room if you come with your friend, brother or partner.

Residence

Residence equipped for students with different pension options.
The perfect option if you want to live in a university atmosphere. The residence is located less than 4km from our school in the university area of the city. It is well connected to the center and the school by public transport or bicycle path.
Advantages:
- An exterior room with bed, private bathroom, study table, telephone and internet connection.
- Own dining room offering the modalities: breakfast, half board or full board.
- Professional cleaning and ironing service if you want.
- Additional services: WIFI throughout the building, parking for bikes and motorcycles, lockers for surfboards, 9 soundproof rooms for music, gym, sauna, 8 study rooms, library, basketball and paddle tennis courts, ping-pong tables, table football and billiards and a seating area.
